No. Platinya Clinic is a medical tourism agency: we do not own hospitals and we do not perform treatment. We coordinate your care with independent, licensed hospitals and clinics in Istanbul.

Standards checked first
We work only with private hospitals and specialist clinics licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health, and we keep accreditation documents on file.

Matched to your case
The treatment decides the setting: hair and dental work in a specialist clinic, bariatric and plastic surgery in a full hospital with intensive care.

Written quotes compared
We request written quotes from two or three suitable hospitals and show you what each price includes, so you compare like for like.

One file, shared in advance
Your records, images and previous test results reach the chosen hospital before you fly, so the surgeon already knows your case on the first visit.

Hospital questions
Are the hospitals accredited?
We work with private hospitals holding Turkish Ministry of Health licences and international accreditation such as JCI, and we keep their documents on file and check them regularly.
Can I choose my own hospital?
Yes. If you already have a hospital in mind, we verify its licence and request a quote. If we believe another hospital fits your case better, we explain why before you decide.
Who is responsible for the treatment itself?
The hospital and its surgeons are responsible for the medical treatment. Our role is coordination: appointments, translation, transfers, accommodation and aftercare follow-up.
What happens if there is a complication?
Your coordinator stays with you, the hospital applies its own complication and revision policy, and we help you understand the options and follow up after you return home.
