Two days before the flight we confirm the terminal and the arrival time by email and WhatsApp, and send you the name and photo of the host who will meet you.

Your host waits at the gate exit with a Platinya Clinic sign and a card with your name, then walks you through passport control on the fast-track lane.

Luggage and a working phone
We collect your luggage at the belt, help you activate a Turkish SIM or eSIM, and hand you to your private chauffeur within minutes.

Transfer to hotel or hospital
A licensed, non-smoking vehicle with a professional driver takes you straight to your hotel or to your pre-operative tests, with no taxi queues.

Is the airport reception included in my treatment package?
Yes. Transfers both ways, your personal host from the gate and the fast-track passport lane are all part of the all-inclusive package.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your host tracks the flight live and adapts the pickup time, so a delay or an early landing does not leave you waiting.
Do I have to speak Turkish?
No. Your host speaks Arabic, English, Turkish or Russian, and a medical interpreter joins you for every consultation, test and hospital admission.
Can you meet a wheelchair or carry medical equipment?
Yes. Send the details of wheelchairs, oxygen or medical equipment with your booking and we arrange airport assistance, a suitable vehicle and a porter for a calm, quick arrival.
