Is it one person or a team?
It is a named person plus a backup, so nothing waits if your coordinator is in a consultation. That person holds your whole file: treatment plan, dates, hotel, allergies and preferences.
Can you arrange things that are not on the website?
Yes. Restaurant bookings, a prayer room, a wheelchair, an invitation letter for your visa, or a separate itinerary for the person travelling with you are all normal requests.
How much does the service cost?
Your coordinator's time is part of the all-inclusive package and is never billed separately. Anything that costs money, such as an extra hotel night or a second trip, is quoted to you before you agree.
Can you help me before I book a treatment?
Yes. The evaluation before you book is free, and if we think another treatment or no treatment at all is better for you, we say so before you pay anything.
