Do you charge for waiting time?
No. We do not charge for waiting time: the driver stays until you come out and your flight is tracked, so a delay never adds a fee.

On the road
How your private transfer works
A licensed, non-smoking vehicle and a driver who knows the hospital entrances: not a taxi queue, not a shared shuttle.
01
Booked around your treatment
Send us the pickup address and time, or let your coordinator set them from your hospital schedule: consultation, surgery or discharge.
02
Your driver is waiting
The driver arrives before the agreed time, waits with your name on a sign and tracks the flight, so you never have to look for a car.
03
A quiet, VIP van
A VIP premium van: non-smoking, air-conditioned, with water, wi-fi and a child seat on request, seating up to six passengers with luggage.
04
Drop-off at the right door
Your driver takes you to the exact hospital entrance or hotel lobby, helps with the bags and stays until you are inside.
Before you ride
Private transfer questions
Which vehicles do you use?
VIP premium vans, non-smoking and air-conditioned, with water and wi-fi, seating up to six passengers with luggage. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and ambulances are arranged on request.
Can you drive me between two hospitals?
Yes. Inter-hospital transfers, laboratory visits and pharmacy stops are booked the same way, and your coordinator adds them to your plan.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Infant and child seats are fitted free of charge when you tell us the age of the child with your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can so we can hold the car; we also take same-day requests whenever a vehicle is free. Your coordinator confirms the driver name and plate by WhatsApp.
